Braeburn: Braeburn apples are very crisp and juicy with a sweet flavour combined with subtle hints of spice, pear, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Royal Gala: Gala apples have dense flesh which is creamy yellow and crisp, offering a mildly sweet flavour and floral aroma.

Fuji: Fuji apples are crunchy and low in acid, creating a mild and balanced, sweet-tart flavour with notes of honey and citrus.

Golden Delicious: Golden Delicious apples are firm, crisp, and white-fleshed. These apples have a balanced sweet-tart aromatic flavour, which could be described as honeyed.

Granny Smith: Granny Smith apples have bright green skin. Their flesh is bright white and crisp in texture with a tart, acidic, yet subtly sweet flavour.  Great for cooking.

Cox’s Orange:  Cox Orange Pippin is a highly flavoured early-season tartish eating apple. An apple with firm white flesh. A great eating apple at this time of year.
